Warranty policy and terms

IntroductionSkyfull is committed to providing car care services to the highest quality standards, and this policy aims to clarify the customer’s rights, duties and responsibilities
Receipt and Delivery of VehiclesVehicle inspection and documentation of its condition upon receipt Disclosure of previous malfunctions or modifications Mandatory for the customer to sign the receipt form Approval of the documented condition The vehicle must be received within 24 hours of the expiry notice



Services OfferedProviding care, detailing, cleaning and protection services according to the packages The results vary according to the condition of the vehicle, the type of paint and the previous factors The company has the right to refuse any service that may cause damage to the vehicle


WarrantyIncludes only the services provided within the selected package Does not include misuse, environmental conditions or third party interference The warranty period varies according to the type of service


ResponsibilityThe company bears direct damage resulting from an error during the service
It does not bear mechanical or electrical failures that are not related to the service It
does not bear the loss of belongings inside the vehicle
Payment and cancellationPayment before the start of the service or upon receipt In case the customer cancels the appointment less than three hours before the specified service time, a cancellation fee will be charged as this time is related to the preparation of the team and the resources allocated to the service will not be refunded


Photo & Documentation PolicyDocumenting the condition of the vehicle before and after service for quality purposes Photos are not published without the customer’s consent
